Ein Logbuch? Na klar! Wo sollte ich sonst die Probenkarten unterbringen und all das, was mir dazu wichtig erscheint. Wo sollte ich sonst aufschreiben, was ich schon alles gemacht habe und ob es wirklich "mein Bestes" war

Ein Logbuch führen? Ist das nicht unbündisch? Ist das nicht was für Schüler? Ich fühle mich da gleich gegängelt und unter Druck gesetzt!

In der Berufsschiffahrt bin ich, das Logbuch, Pflicht. Ich weiß alles über die relevanten nautischen Ereignisse mit Art, Datum und Uhrzeit. Der Kapitän, der den Kurs bestimmt und viele anderen Entscheidungen trifft, bestätigt diese Eintragungen mit seiner Unterschrift.

Wie könnte das laufen?

Durch die Probenkonzeption, zu der ja die Probenkarten und die Probenblätter gehören ist mein Rahmen und auch dein Ziel vorgegeben. Zugegeben, ziemlich starr, aber dadurch, dass du zu jeder Probe sammeln kannst, was du willst, dass es für Pfadfinder eine Vertiefungsprobe gibt, die du für dich wählen kannst, dass die dritte Stufe noch offener ist, du also noch mehr Themen für dich persönlich aussuchen kannst, kannst du dir dein ganz persönliches Ziel definieren und deinen Weg dorthin festlegen. Ich helfe dir dabei, dass du nach hinten sehen kannst, um zu sehen, wo du herkommst und nach vorne, um zu sehen, ob dein Ziel noch sichtbar ist.

Und was bringe ich dir als Sippenführer?

Auch für dich bin ich ein Hilfsmittel. Ich kann dir sagen, wann deine Gruppenstunden gut oder nicht so gut waren, was du schon alles mit der Sippe gemacht hast und was du noch machen solltest. Ich biete dir auch die Möglichkeit, deine Pfadfinder bewußt und zielgerichtet zu führen und zu begleiten. Nimm mich mit, zu zweit wird manches einfacher!?
